During various (design) projects I have acquired experience in group processes and team work. In teams I always try to get the best out of myself and the team. The variety of problems you can solve as a designer is both confusing and astonishing. I like that versatility; the combination of technology, art, psychology and functionality fits the many fascinations I have.
